I'm a webmaster looking for some assistance in creating traffic to one website. I currently have too much work in my hands, and seeking an experienced SEO professional for a long-term partnership.
I need an SEO expert that can help bring quality traffic to a 10 Months old INSURANCE related website. I do not need someone that only provides one service such as directory submissions only, etc. You must have experience in this to bid. Therefore if you have Zero feedback, please don't even bid. If you waste my time I will ban you from bidding on future projects.

My website is currently a PR1, and I need to become a PR4-PR5 at the end of the project. I am looking for someone to work with for at least 6 Months to 1 Year. The compensation will be approx $500-2000 per Month depending on your performance.
What I'm looking for:

This should be done via the following Methods:

9. Blogs or social networking

11. No redirected traffic
12. No pop-unders traffic
I need only white-hat techniques to achieve the kind of traffic I'm looking for. I will not make any payments until we're trending on the right way, and I start receiving the traffic.
My website traffic converts now at over 20% with an average of 25 visitors per day. By increasing the traffic substantially, I'm expecting a minimum of 10% conversion ratio.
ALL TRAFFIC MUST BE FROM SEARCH ENGINES OR DIRECTORIES. Otherwise I will not get any conversion, and you WILL NOT GET PAID. So don't waste your time or mine. What's important to me is Quality and Not Quantity.
I'm willing to compensate even more if I find the right candidate. I know this takes time and the economy is hard out there, but please be ethical and honest, and you will succeed more in the long run.
